It’s quite hard to believe, but Infiniti has been ‘Entering’ the UK market since 2009. We think. Although they did keep putting back the launch and revising their plan to have 14 dealerships in place by the end of that year.
The Playboy MX-5 Cup is the best racing no one's watching, says Mazda, because it's not on television. The company changed that on Wednesday by inking a deal with the Discovery Velocity channel. When Ford divested itself of its premier marques – Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover – it left it with little wriggle room to compete in anything but the mainstream car market. Ford in Europe is trying to address that by launching ‘Vignale’ badged cars which promise to offer more ‘Premium quality’ than its mainstream models, and Ford in the US is doing the same thing by trying to reinvent the Lincoln badge as the answer to German premium models.
